If you can’t find your country of residence, unfortunately this means that we don’t currently service your country. Please check back in future though, as we are constantly expanding to new regions.

When opening an Netglider account, we only ask that you provide a Proof of Identity (POI).

This can be a colour copy of any official documentation issued by a recognised authority. This includes passports (to be valid for at least 6 months), driver’s licenses, and identity cards. The document must include your full name, issue and expiry dates, your date and place of birth or tax identification number, and your signature

No, unfortunately, not all your accounts can be on the same trading server.

There are two types of passwords:

1. Profile Password

Your Profile password is the one you created when you registered your Netglider Profile. It’s used, together with your registered email address, to log in to your Netglider account, through your web browser or the app.

  • It’s different from your trading account password (used for MT5).
  • You’ll use it to manage your profile, trading accounts, documents, and other account settings.
  • If you’ve forgotten your Profile password, you can reset it here.

2. Trading Account Password

Your Trading account password is the one you set when opening your trading account. It’s used with your account ID number to log in to the MT5 trading platform (including WebTrader).

  • It’s different from your Profile password.
  • You’ll need it to access your trading platform and execute trades.
  • If you’ve forgotten your Trading account password, you can reset it directly from your Netglider account by clicking on your account balance, then selecting Manage > Change Trading Account Password.

Important: Keep both passwords secure and never share them with anyone.

As a regulated company, we operate in accordance with a number of compliance-related issues and procedures imposed by our regulatory authority, the Financial Services Commission (FSC). The FSC requires us to collect adequate information, including a valid Proof of Identity (POI), from all our clients as part of our Know Your Clients (KYC) procedure.

We offer a wide range of account types to meet the needs of all traders.

For Real accounts, we offer Standard, Micro, Ultra Low Standard, Ultra Low Micro, and Shares account types.

For Demo accounts, we offer Standard and Ultra Low Standard account types.

No, additional accounts are verified automatically, as long as you use the same personal details as your first account.

It’ll only take you a few minutes to open a trading account with us.

We store your personal data for as long as we maintain a business relationship with you, or for as long as we consider the data to be necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

There are however cases where we may have to maintain records for a longer period, as we are subject to anti-money laundering laws, which require us to keep certain information for up to 5 years after our business relationship has ended, including:

  • A copy of the documents used, to comply with customer due diligence obligations
  • Any supporting evidence of our transactions and business relationship with you
  • Additionally, any recorded communications, whether they be by telephone, electronically, in person, or otherwise, are stored in accordance with local regulations.

We respect your right to privacy, and we’re committed to taking all reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information. That applies whether you’re a new or existing client, or just a visitor to our website.

We store and process your personal information in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, and we maintain appropriate technical and organisational procedures to ensure your information always remains secure.

All our employees receive regular training to ensure they understand the importance of maintaining, safeguarding, and respecting your privacy, and we take any breaches extremely seriously. In cases where such breaches may occur, we act quickly with appropriate disciplinary measures.

Any personal information you provide is also transmitted across encrypted channels, and all necessary measures are taken to prevent unauthorised access.

Nonetheless, it is your own personal responsibility to ensure your account password is known only to you and not disclosed to any third parties.

Your Real account is linked to the identification document you provided during account verification.

If you’d like to update the registered name associated to your Real account, you’ll need to provide us with a new ID to confirm this request.

If you’d like to update your email address, email us at support@netgliderglobal.com and include a selfie of you holding your ID. We ask for this to verify your identity and provide an added layer of security to your account.

No, we don’t currently offer Micro Demo accounts, but check back in future, as we are constantly adding new products and services.

If you think your account may have been compromised, you can always change your password. However, this can only be done if you know the current password or if you have access to the relevant email address.

If your email has also been compromised, please contact us using a different one at support@netgliderglobal.com, so our team can provide further assistance.

Also, let us know if you notice any unauthorised actions on your account like trading or withdrawal requests.

No, unfortunately we don’t currently provide our services to US residents.

If you lose access to your registered email and can’t complete email MFA, contact support. Support team will verify your identity before updating your email address.

No, you can only use one MFA method at a time. If you enable an authenticator app, you cannot use email MFA, and vice versa.

Before you can start trading, you need to:

  • Create your Netglider Profile.
  • Verify your profile.
  • Make a deposit.

You’re all set! All that’s left is to begin trading.

No, you don't need to pass through the verification process again.

Yes, your first Real and Demo trading accounts are opened automatically just after you register.

No, you can’t change the base currency of your account, but you can open an additional account denominated in a different currency.

No, you can’t change your account type, but you can open an additional account of any type.

Yes, you can change your leverage, just follow the steps below:

  • Log in.
  • Click on your account balance at the top of the screen to view your accounts list.
  • Select the account and click ‘Manage.’
  • Select 'Change Leverage,' choose the desired leverage, and save your changes. The change will be applied instantly.

Yes, all you have to do is send an email to validations@netglider.com from the email address associated with your account. Depending on what you want to change, you may have to provide us with additional information:

  • To update your email address, just send us an email and let us know
  • To update your residential address, first send us an email. Then log in and upload a new Proof of Residence (POR) that’s no more than 6 months old, to confirm your request.

An Netglider profile collects all your trading accounts under a single email address, meaning you no longer need to remember various account numbers and passwords to log in.

Simply log in to your profile using your email and password and you’ll have instant access to all your trading accounts, in one place.

To top up the virtual funds in your Demo Account, please follow these steps:

  • Log in.
  • Click on your account balance at the top of the screen to view your accounts list.
  • Select the account and click 'Set Balance.'
  • Enter the desired balance and save the changes.

Yes, you can change the phone number linked to your Netglider profile. To do so, contact our Customer Experience team.

Multi-factor authentication adds greater security to your account. Unlike normal single-factor authentication, which grants account access through a username and password alone, MFA requires a one-time password (OTP).

Here's how:

  • Log in.
  • Click the round profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Select ‘Settings,’ then click ‘Security.’
  • Enable multi-factor authentication.
  • Select your preferred authentication method.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Check the junk / spam folder in your email. Make sure your email storage is not full.
  • Request a new code after one minute via 'Resend Link.' If you still don’t receive it, contact our Customer Experience team for help.

Verifying your profile is a quick and simple process. Just follow the steps below:

  • Log in.
  • Click 'Complete' to finish setting up your profile.
  • Verify your phone number, then complete the Profile, Investor Profile, and Document Verification steps.
  • You can track your verification status in the header or in the 'Upload Documents' tab under the 'Profile' section. There, you’ll also see which documents you still need to upload to complete your verification.

Your first Real and Demo trading accounts will be automatically created just after you register.

For additional trading accounts, simply choose the account type you prefer—Demo or Real—and complete the relevant registration form.
