Social Competitions

A participant must be a verified client and over 18 years old to join a Demo competition and meet any other competition requirements which are clearly listed on the said competition’s card. If the requirements are met, then the client must, read, understand and accept the competition’s Terms and Conditions and click on the ‘Start Competing’ button. No entry fee is required to join a Demo competition.

In the competitions' area you can see all the open and upcoming competitions.

In the card of the competition you’ll find the competition terms, the start and end date as well as the 1st prize.

If the competition is already underway, clicking on the competition card will also reveal more detailed information like the statistics for each participant in the competition.

Shortly after the end of the competition, the prizes are paid automatically into the Wallets of the respective winning participants. The rankings of an ended competition (i.e., the winners) can be found in the “Ended” section of the competitions’ portal. You can also check your Wallet’s balance in the competitions’ portal as well as in your Members Area.  In the event where potential or actual fraud / abuse might be suspected or identified, we will conduct the necessary review of the account’s trading activity, prior to paying out any Prizes. Where we conclude, in our sole and reasonable discretion, that there was no fraudulent or abusive activity in the account, we will pay out the relevant Prize (if any) based on the account’s ranking. Where we conclude, in our sole and reasonable discretion, that indeed there was fraudulent/abusive activity in the account, we shall not proceed with the payment of the Prize (if any); in such event, we also have the right to permanently disqualify the client from participating in any future competitions.  Please note that this review process can typically take up to 48 hours after the competitions’ end.
